• Improved safety and visual hazards by holding the city accountable for the removal of over 200 road signs left behind far after their intended use
• Sought and secured $1.3 million from the Downtown Community Redevelopment Agency to revitalize Herman Massey Park
• Accomplished the installation of stop signs at the intersection of Franklin Street and Royal Street
• Sought and secured $100,000.000 per year from the Downtown Community Redevelopment Agency for Community Policing Downtown
• Established deliberate partnerships with neighboring associations: Tampa Downtown Partnership, Channel District Community Alliance, Tampa Heights Civic Association, VM Ybor and Palmetto Beach Community Association
• Partnered with the Mobility Department to have the crosswalk for the seniors in the 400 Vista building repainted.
• Prevented pedestrian and vehicle catastrophe by holding the city accountable to install stop signs at Tampa and Harrison Street
• Improved the Franklin Street visual aesthetic by holding the Parks Department accountable for cleanup and maintenance of mulch, weeds, landscape lighting, etc.
• Removed dozens of pounds of debris from Franklin Street planter beds, re-mulched plant beds and partnered with the Parks Department for planting of new trees and shrubs
